IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT TO PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM?

Yes, minimum 24 sessions / 3 months commitment.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?

We accept FPX online banking and Duitnow QR only. An instalment plan available for every program.
CAN MY PARTNER USE MY SESSIONS?

No, session packages are non-transferable and on an individual basis only.
I USED ALL MY COACHING SESSIONS, CAN I PURCHASE MORE?

Yes, we offer the following member-preferred a la carte pricing: 10 Session: RM 140/session 20 Session : RM 130/session Platinum : RM 120/session Black: RM 100/session
CAN I FREEZE MY PT PROGRAM?

Yes, you can freeze your program once per year, for a maximum of one month.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY PROGRAM AND ASK FOR REFUND?

No refund, remedy provided for any cancellations of program or termination of the membership.
I WANT TO DO A VIRTUAL SESSION. CAN I USE MY PT SESSION CREDITS THERE?

Yes, your membership covers both in-person and virtual training sessions.
